Dear Customer, If you are not one of our regular customers, we would like to offer you some information about our services. We stock a wide range of titles on a variety of interesting subjects including general fiction, psychology, philosophy, history, religion, business and financial literature, travel guides, cookery and children's books. We also have a large English language teaching and reference section for students and teachers, as well as videos and books on tape. Our up-to-date and reliable computer database enables us to order any British or American book in print. If we do not have the title you require in stock, we will be happy to order it at no extra cost. Books which are ordered from Britain have a delivery time of between 3 to 7 working days, books from the U.S.A. take longer, from 2 to 4 weeks. But if your order is urgent we will do everything we can to obtain it as quickly as possible. The British Bookshop also sells British and Irish travel literature which includes accomodation guides and activity recommendations. We provide an efficient mailing service throughout Germany, not only for these titles but for any book we have in stock. We have been trading in Frankfurt since 1956 so you can trust our knowledge and experience in handling your requests.
